Services
Choose between Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage, both delivered with the same unhurried attention.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Light, rhythmic technique to reduce puffiness and bloating, support recovery, and leave you feeling lighter.

Swedish Massage
Gentle to firm-pressure massage to ease tension, calm a busy mind, and give you an hour where nothing is asked of you.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Light, rhythmic technique that works with your body’s natural drainage system.
The Signature MLD (Full Body)
A complete head-to-toe drainage session and the full-body default. Most clients new to MLD start here.
Best for: Puffiness, water retention, or as part of a regular wellness routine.
The Deluxe MLD (Full Body)
MOST POPULAR
The full reset. An extended, unhurried session that works deeper into every drainage pathway in your body.
Best for: Longstanding bloating, or when you want a proper, thorough session.
Pregnancy MLD
Gentle full-body drainage adapted for pregnancy. Focused on swollen ankles, tired legs, and the heaviness of the second and third trimesters.
Best for: Second and third trimester. Mention how far along you are when you book.
Post-op & Recovery MLD
A focused session for clients recovering from cosmetic procedures. Helps reduce post-surgical swelling and supports your body’s natural recovery rhythm.
Best for: Recovery from liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, and similar procedures.
Targeted Drainage (Legs & Stomach)
A focused session on the two areas most prone to fluid retention. Faster than a full body, with results concentrated where you feel them.
Best for: Heavy legs, bloating, or pre-event de-puffing. Often booked as a course.
Lymphatic Facial (add-on)
ADD-ON ONLY
Pair with any MLD treatment to drain facial puffiness, refine definition, and leave you with a noticeable post-facial glow.
Swedish Massage
A traditional, full-body massage using long strokes and adjustable pressure to ease muscular tension.
Deluxe Swedish Massage
RECOMMENDED
A head-to-toe session that goes deeper into every area. Most clients prefer the longer treatment because it’s enough time to actually let go.
Best for: Stress, accumulated tension, or when you want to feel completely off-duty.
Full Body Swedish Massage
A proper, unhurried full-body massage. Long, flowing strokes and adjustable pressure to ease tension everywhere it tends to gather.
Best for: General tension and stress. The standard option for a full hour of work.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Relief (1 hour)
A full hour focused entirely on the tension hotspots: back, neck, and shoulders. Worth it if your tension is concentrated rather than all-over.
Best for: Desk-job tightness, tension headaches, and shoulder ache you can’t reach.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Relief (30 min)
A short, targeted session on your most tense areas. Ideal in your lunch break or before an evening out, when you don’t have a full hour.
Best for: When you don’t have an hour to spare but your shoulders won’t wait any longer.
Upper Body Reset
A 30-minute massage covering back, shoulders, neck, and arms. Broader than BNS Relief, faster than a full body, and just as restorative.
Best for: When you want more than shoulders but don’t need a full hour of work.
The Rejuvenating Facial Massage
A relaxing facial massage focused on releasing jaw tension, easing tired eyes, and leaving your face softer and brighter than it arrived.
Best for: Tension headaches, jaw clenching, or self-care without undressing.
Scalp Massage (add-on)
ADD-ON ONLY
Add to any Swedish massage for ten minutes of scalp work. Particularly good for tension headaches and helping you fully switch off.
