I’m Alicia, and I created Aure Wellness to offer professional massage therapy that genuinely helps. I am trained in Swedish massage, manual lymphatic drainage and pregnancy + postnatal treatments.

Swedish treatments are great for tension and stress, while lymphatic drainage helps puffiness, recovery, and feeling lighter in your own body.

Whether you’ve come for a specific result or just need an hour to relax, you’re in the right place! I love helping women feel more like themselves again, one treatment at a time.

No, you’ll undress to your comfort level, and you’re covered with towels throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.

Swedish is gentle to firm. I’ll check in on pressure throughout and adjust to what your body wants. MLD is much lighter, almost feather-light. If anything is uncomfortable at any point, just say so!

Not at all. Most clients drift into the music. I’ll check in occasionally on pressure and warmth, but you don’t need to make conversation if you’d rather not.
